Dr Katarzyna Krukiewicz Presents Her Research at the FIRMACHAT International Workshop - University o

The Modelling Simulation and Innovative Characterisation group (MOSAIC) at the Bernal Institute, University of Limerick together with the European Materials Characterisation Council (EMCC) hosted the frontiers in Materials Characterisation Towards Industrial Translation (FIRMACHAT) International Workshop at the University of Limerick, Ireland. This three day meeting took place from the 11th to the 13th of July and brought together more than 50 researchers representing varying fields of materials science. Dr Katarzyna Krukiewicz gave a podium presentation on her research entitled "The Role of Electrically Active Polymers in Next Generation Neuromodulation Strategies". Also in attendance were two ERASMUS students under the supervision of Dr Krukiewicz - Daria Wieclawska and Malgorzata Skorupa.
