James Britton awarded travel scolarship to research in Portugal

James Britton, a PhD student in the Bigg's group was rewarded a Biomaterials and advanced physical techniques for Regenerative Cardiology and Neurology ( BIONECA ) travel scholarship to research in the lab of Dr. António Salgado.

Dr. Salgado's research group focus on biomaterial and cellular therapy strategies to promote spinal cord regeneration. The Salgado Lab is based in the Life and Health Sciences Research Institute, University of Minho, Braga, Portugal
